Clarkston MRI has the only main fixed imaging facility in the immediate area. Our advanced

Our MRI machine is short bore, and all patients are given a “call ball” that can be squeezed to get our MRI tech’s attention throughout the exam. Our caring, professional MRI techs do their best to make every patient as comfortable and relaxed as possible – before and during the imaging.

The Signa HDxt 1.5T scanner

The Signa HDxt 1.5T MRI scanner from GE Healthcare uses unique High Definition (HD) technology, continuing a trend of significant advances in MR imaging. HD technology enables the on-board computing system to reconstruct images very rapidly, resulting in near real-time image generation. The Signa HDxt is designed for advanced imaging for studies ranging from routine to extremely challenging. The system produces consistent image quality across all applications.

BREASE, for enhanced breast lesion imaging.
LAVA-XV, for high-resolution multi-phase imaging of the
liver and abdomen.
COSMIC, a 3D imaging technique specifically tailored to cervical spine studies.
CARTIGRAM, a non-invasive imaging method to assess articular cartilage integrity.
INHANCE 3D Velocity, depicts arterial and venous flow
without administration of contrast media.
